Thinkwave Account setup Steps:

1. Go to ThinkWave.com

2. Click the “Login” button on the top right.

3. Then click “First time? Start Here…” under ThinkWave 3.0.

4. Establish a Username and Password, and type in the Access Code found on your Student Login Instructions sheet.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t received an access code, where can I obtain one?

-Student access codes are given the first day of class- as long as all of your student documents are completed/received. (DocuSign, High school and/or GED transcripts.) If you are missing one or more documents, you will not receive your login until you’ve corrected the error. If you turned in all of your documents and have lost your paper, you can ask the front desk and a replacement access code will be given to you

I’m missing a grade in my ThinkWave account, what do I do?

-Sorry to hear this! Since this is a matter of class assignments, the front desk can’t help with recovery of your work- it is the responsibility of your instructor. Please talk to your teacher about it and also complete the “missing grade” form. The issue will be corrected within (2) weeks.

Is there any way I could be assigned extra credit?

-This is possible to get (1) extra credit assignment but the decision is eventually left up to the instructor on whether or not extra credit could be assigned.

My GPA is lower than a 2.0, is there any way I could take the class over again?

-We do allow students to retake the course that they’ve failed, the cost to repeat class is 50% of what your tuition was when you registered.
