Admissions Overview

Individuals who are at least 18 years of age that have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED) are eligible to register for admissions in our  healthcare certificate programs.

All applicants must complete the Application for Admission which can be submitted electronically or processed in person at our Registrar Office. Students are accepted on a first-come/first-served basis, except in restricted programs or when enrollment must be limited.

In our comprehensive, admission process, we consider your academic background as well as your pursuits and interests outside the classroom. We look for students who enjoy being challenged and who are committed to furthering the Institute’s mission of “improving the healthcare industry, our communities, and patients.”

Have never enrolled at AlliedRx Institute of Healthcare .

Returning Students

Have enrolled, taken classes and conferred diploma/certificate at AlliedRx Institute of Healthcare.

​Application Acceptance

Notification of Acceptance
Applicants who submit an application are automatically accepted for admission into our healthcare certificate program. You will receive an acceptance letter following the review and approval of their application. Only applications with acknowledgement of Felony convictions will be rejected. Must complete mandatory orientation to receive schedule of classes and complete New Student On Boarding Documents

Readmission to the School
Former students who have not been enrolled for (2 consecutive terms ex. Fall, Spring) and wish to return to the Institute they must complete an Application for Admission to reactivate their student record.

Reinstatement as a Result of Military Service
Students who are called to active duty or mobilized shall be given a reasonable opportunity to be reinstated in the same program of study if they return after a cumulative absence of not more than three years, so long as they provide notice of intent to return within two years after the completion of the period of service.
