Valid Photo ID
A current, government-issued driver's license or state ID. You will be asked to hold it up to the camera for identity verification at the start of your session.
Working Camera & Audio
Your device must have a functioning front-facing camera and microphone. Live footage and pictures will be recorded for lab review throughout the session.
Test Acknowledgment
You must acknowledge and consent to taking this CLIA waived test administered through SecureSwab AlliedRx before the session can proceed.
