Yes, students in our programs go on to sit for their national exam through the NHA, PTCB, AAPC, American Medical Technologist and AMCA

Our students who are enrolled in the hybrid program meet both virtually and in person for hands on sessions. Their first day will be in person and the weeks leading up to on campus hands on sessions will be held online.

We do not provide 1098-T forms to students as this is for schools that participate in the Federal Financial Aid Program.

Payment plans are available to all students and are setup in your student portal when you add your course. This requires a minimum down payment of $99 to activate

Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assistant, EKG Tech, Medical Billing and Coding Admission Requirements All Prospective students must be at least 18 years old for all healthcare programs.

‍Pharmacy Technician Program Admission Requirements Applicants must take a reading comprehension and math assessment test prior to course enrollment. Passing score of 70% or higher required. This is done after registering in the orientation portal.

• Registered Pharmacy Technician Trainee with the Virginia Board of Pharmacy (Virginia Students Only) Does Not Apply to Florida, Maryland or Indiana. Other States Students may check Board Requirements in individual states

‍• Applicants must be; attending high school, have a GED certificate, or is a high school graduate • Applicant must have demonstrated English language proficiency (including reading, writing and speaking) • Criminal Background and Drug Testing Screening 

National Board Examination Pass Rates 85% (based on Aggregate National Board Assessments) 

Military Spouse MYCAA Funding and Army Credential Assisting Funding to eligible members. Students requesting to utilize Army CA /AirForce COOL, MYCAA by clicking on request military funding.

We will email them their quotes or ETP to submit for approval. We do not accept GI Bills at the moment. However they may utilize Army CA if eligible to attend the school. Once approved in the military system we will follow up with the onboarding process to get them started to add their courses and complete the registration process. 

The Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) is a nationally recognized certification for Medical Administrative Assistants. It demonstrates your ability to perform routine administrative tasks in a physicians’ office or clinic to keep it running efficiently. Medical Administrative Assistants are also known as Medical Office Secretaries and Medical Office Assistants.
