Workforce Funding
The funding for the WIOA grant comes from two sources, namely the Department of Labor and the Department of Education.
To check if you meet the eligibility criteria, you can visit the American Job Centers (AJC), which is where the funds are distributed from. The amount of funding available per person varies depending on factors such as the state or region you reside in, and the funding allocated to your local AJC.

✔︎ Age 14 and older
✔︎ Low income or eligible for government benefits
✔︎ Dislocated workers
✔︎ Terminated or laid off, OR received notice of termination/layoff AND
✔︎ Self-employed individuals that are unemployed
