To get started, you'll pay a non-refundable registration fee ($49 for most programs, $99 for Pharmacy Technician). Registration is valid for up to 90 days and is waived for military students. After completing orientation, if opting for a payment plan, you'll make your $99 down payment when adding your class in the student portal — your down payment isn't due until you're ready to add your class, giving you time to prepare.

Registration Fee — $49 for all programs, $99 for Pharmacy Technician. Non-refundable and valid for up to 90 days. Waived for military students.

Lab & Technology Fee — $50 average out-of-pocket cost. Excludes Phlebotomy, EKG Tech, and Dental Assistant programs.

Textbook — Avg. cost $30+, varies by program.

Trainee License — Avg. out-of-pocket cost $25. Pharmacy Tech Program (VA, Ohio) only.

Board exam fees are not included in tuition.

All three flexible plans start with the same $99 down payment. The difference is simply how often the remaining payments are made:

Weekly Plan — 10 smaller payments every week. Fully paid in 10 weeks.
Bi-Weekly Plan — 5 payments every 2 weeks. Fully paid in 10 weeks.
Monthly Plan — 3 larger payments once a month. Fully paid in 3 months.

All plans include zero interest and no credit check.

We understand life happens. AlliedRx has a hardship plan in place for students who experience financial difficulty. If you find yourself struggling to keep up with payments, contact our enrollment team as soon as possible so we can work with you on a solution before your account is affected.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ACH bank transfers. Payments are processed securely online. You can update your payment method anytime through our student portal.
