NHA Board Examination CCMA Certification Program. Students will be eligible to take the CCMA Board Examination upon completion of AlliedRx Institute of Healthcare CCMA (Certified Clinical Medical Assistant) Program.
Clinical Procedures and Patient Care: CCMAs are trained in a variety of clinical procedures, from taking vital signs (like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse) to assisting with minor surgeries.
Medical Terminology and Anatomy: A foundational understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology is essential for CCMAs.
Patient Communication and Education: Building a rapport with patients and ensuring they understand their medical conditions and treatments is a vital aspect of a CCMA's role
Infection Control and Safety: Patient safety is paramount. CCMAs will learn about sterilization techniques, proper disposal of contaminated supplies, and the importance of maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment.

This course provides a focus on clinical procedures and practices. Throughout the course, students will learn about the responsibilities and duties of medical assistants, as well as the anatomy and physiology of the human body and the importance of maintaining a clean and safe clinical environment. Students will also become familiar with the procedures and techniques used in a clinical setting, including vital signs measurement, phlebotomy, sterilization and infection control, and basic laboratory procedures. By the end of this course, students will have a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of medical assisting and the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a clinical setting.
This course is designed to provide students with an overview of the various medical specialties and subspecialties within the field of medicine. Through a combination of lectures, discussions, and case studies, students will gain a deeper understanding of the unique characteristics and responsibilities of each specialty, as well as the opportunities and challenges they present. Students will learn about the various medical specialties, including internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology.
