Getting Started

New Student's First 6 Steps

1
Log In to the Student Portal

Access your courses at academy.alliedrxtraining.com using the login credentials sent to your enrollment email.

2
Complete Your Orientation Module

Start here before anything else. Orientation covers program policies, your 30-venipuncture requirement, and virtual collection options.

3
Understand Your Clinical Requirement

You must complete a minimum of 30 documented venipuncture collections to graduate. Review the collection log in your portal and start planning how you will fulfill this requirement.

4
Review Your Phlebotomy Syllabus

Read through the 12-week schedule so you know what topics are ahead — from venipuncture fundamentals to point-of-care testing and lab operations.

5
Prepare Your Study Space

Have your collection log, a notebook for terminology, and access to your online simulations ready. Hands-on practice is essential.

6
Introduce Yourself to Mrs. Waldrop

Email cwaldrop@alliedrxtraining.com to introduce yourself and ask about your clinical collection options if you have questions.

You've Got This. We've Got You.

Log in to your student portal, complete your orientation, and take that first step. Your healthcare career starts right now.
