Understand your rights and options when withdrawing from an AlliedRx program.
Step 1
The official AlliedRx withdrawal policy as published in the School Catalog.
A student who withdraws receives a 'W' grade. A completed Withdrawal Form must be submitted to AlliedRx — it will be time-stamped upon receipt. Verbal notice or stopping attendance is not sufficient. Refunds are calculated from the Enrollment Agreement signature date to the date AlliedRx receives the form.
A period of three (3) business days (weekends/holidays excluded) is provided after signing. A student may cancel in writing with no financial obligation beyond the $100 fee.
The $100 application and registration fee is non-refundable in all cases — including cancellations, withdrawals, and dismissals. This fee is separate from tuition and is always retained by AlliedRx.
LOA is granted only for military or medical reasons, limited to 180 days/year, with School Director approval. An approved LOA pauses enrollment — it is not a withdrawal.
Step 2
Estimates only — official determinations are made by AlliedRx administration.
Based on Enrollment Agreement date and AlliedRx's receipt of your Withdrawal Form.
You are on a payment plan — withdrawal does not cancel remaining payments. Any refund credit applies to your balance first. Call 866-348-6920 to confirm.
Ready to proceed?
Submit your Withdrawal Form to AlliedRx to begin.
Step 3
How completion percentage is calculated for refunds.
Program completion is calculated as follows:
Days Elapsed = calendar days from Enrollment Agreement date to AlliedRx's receipt of the Withdrawal Form.
Step 4
Refunds are based on program completion percentage from Enrollment Agreement date to receipt of the Withdrawal Form.
Refunds apply to tuition only — the $100 application fee is always retained.
| Program Completed | Tuition Refund | School Retains | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Within 3 business days of enrollment | Full tuition (minus $100 fee) | $100 fee only | Full Refund |
| Less than 25% complete | 75% of program tuition | 25% of tuition + $100 fee | 75% Refund |
| 25% to less than 50% complete | 50% of program tuition | 50% of tuition + $100 fee | 50% Refund |
| 50% to less than 75% complete | 25% of program tuition | 75% of tuition + $100 fee | 25% Refund |
| 75% or more complete | No refund | 100% of tuition + $100 fee | No Refund |
Withdrawal does not relieve a student from their education loan or payment plan obligation.
Withdrawal does not cancel remaining payments — all remain due per the agreed schedule.
Any refund is first applied as a credit toward your balance — cash is only refunded if the balance is paid in full.
