Understanding the Withdrawal Procedure:
Overview & Your Options

Understand your rights and options when withdrawing from an AlliedRx program.

Step 1

Withdrawal Policy

The official AlliedRx withdrawal policy as published in the School Catalog.

How to Withdraw

A student who withdraws receives a 'W' grade. A completed Withdrawal Form must be submitted to AlliedRx — it will be time-stamped upon receipt. Verbal notice or stopping attendance is not sufficient. Refunds are calculated from the Enrollment Agreement signature date to the date AlliedRx receives the form.

Financial Liability: Stopping attendance does not release your financial obligation — submit a Withdrawal Form to begin the official process.

3-Day Cancellation Period

A period of three (3) business days (weekends/holidays excluded) is provided after signing. A student may cancel in writing with no financial obligation beyond the $100 fee.

If a student does not begin, no more than $100.00 may be retained.

Registration Fee — Non-Refundable

The $100 application and registration fee is non-refundable in all cases — including cancellations, withdrawals, and dismissals. This fee is separate from tuition and is always retained by AlliedRx.

The $100 registration fee is never refundable. Refund calculations apply to tuition only.

Leave of Absence

LOA is granted only for military or medical reasons, limited to 180 days/year, with School Director approval. An approved LOA pauses enrollment — it is not a withdrawal.

I acknowledge: I have read and understand the AlliedRx Withdrawal Policy, including the 3-day cancellation period and the non-refundable $100 registration fee.

Step 2

Refund Calculator

Step 3

How Completion Is Calculated

How completion percentage is calculated for refunds.

The Calculation Formula

Program completion is calculated as follows:

Percent Completed = Days Elapsed ÷ Total Program Days × 100
where: Total Program Days = Program Weeks × 7

Days Elapsed = calendar days from Enrollment Agreement date to AlliedRx's receipt of the Withdrawal Form.

The withdrawal date is the date AlliedRx receives and time-stamps your completed Withdrawal Form — not the date you last attended or decided to withdraw.

Attendance Requirements

  • Students must maintain satisfactory attendance per the Student Handbook.
  • Make-up assignments must be completed within the instructor's timeframe.
  • Absences do not stop the refund clock — it runs from the Enrollment Agreement date to the submission date.
  • Excessive absences may affect academic standing independently of financial calculations.
I acknowledge: I understand how program completion percentage is calculated and that the refund clock runs from my Enrollment Agreement signature date.

Step 4

Refund Schedule

Refunds are based on program completion percentage from Enrollment Agreement date to receipt of the Withdrawal Form.

Official Refund Schedule

Refunds apply to tuition only — the $100 application fee is always retained.

Refund Timeline: Eligible refunds are processed within 45 days from the date the withdrawal form is marked processed for a refund.

Payment Plan Students — Obligation Continues

Withdrawal does not relieve a student from their education loan or payment plan obligation.

Payment Plan Obligation

Withdrawal does not cancel remaining payments — all remain due per the agreed schedule.

Any refund is first applied as a credit toward your balance — cash is only refunded if the balance is paid in full.

I acknowledge: I reviewed the Refund Schedule and understand my financial obligations including payment plan responsibilities.

Hardship Program

AlliedRx offers a Hardship Program for students considering withdrawal — stay enrolled at a reduced payment amount.

An Alternative to Withdrawal

The Hardship Program restructures your balance into reduced monthly payments so you can stay enrolled and complete your certification.

Completing your program is usually the better financial decision. Withdrawal still leaves a financial obligation — finishing earns you a credential.
