Are you getting ready to enroll in a professional training program and don't know where to start? Do you have questions about how to finance your education? If so, MyCAA may be the solution for you. MyCAA is a career development and financial aid program designed to help military spouses reach their career goals. This article will provide an overview of the MyCAA program, including how to apply and how to obtain your MyCAA number.
What is MyCAA?
MyCAA, or the Military Spouse Career Advancement Accounts Program, is a Department of Defense (DoD) program designed to help military spouses pursue their career goals. The MyCAA program also provides access to career counseling and job search resources.

To qualify for MyCAA, you must be a military spouse with a valid Common Access Card (CAC) and a sponsor on active duty in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. You must also meet the following criteria:

How to Apply for MyCAA
The first step in applying for MyCAA is to create a MyCAA account. To do this, you’ll need to provide your sponsor’s name and service branch as well as your name, email address, and CAC ID. Once your account has been created, you can apply for the MyCAA program.
When you apply, you’ll need to provide information about the program you’re interested in, such as the school you’ll be attending, the program type, and the cost of the program. You’ll also need to provide a copy of your CAC card and any other documents that may be required. Once your application has been approved, you’ll receive your MyCAA number.
How to Find Your MyCAA Number
Once you’ve been approved for MyCAA, you’ll receive an email with your MyCAA number. This number is unique to you and should be kept confidential. You’ll use this number to access your MyCAA account and to receive tuition assistance.
